The 2013 Fund was launched on Thursday 18th February at Borough Park where Reds fans present heard Reds' chairman Humphrey Dobie and Reds' commercial manager Les Smallwood outline the plans in place to bring the new stand project to fruition.
When an initial £100,000 is raised towards the project, the project would receive an additional £150,000 from grants and matched funding.
The Reds would then have to raise a further £500,000 which would be fund matched to allow the new stand project to be fully funded.
The stand, built similar to the Hinckley United model, would fit within the existing footprint and will include new larger changing rooms, officials’ lounges, entertainment rooms and function suites would be built within a mezzanine in the stand.
